I used the radiator leak and fill kit. They cost close to $100 but it fills it from your container with no spills and it fills so no air pockets remain in the engine. Hope this is what you are requesting.

YOU HAVE TO IDENTIFY YOUR chassis? Is it Ford, Workhorse, or what?

Call freightliner or the manufacture of the chassis and ask for parts and give them your Vin # they will know what was installed in your coach

Sorry! I have a freightliner chassis.Hoping that someone has pulled a radiator out of a 2003 gulfstream friendship g7.Mechanic is a great guy but his team doesnt have much time working on deisel motorhomes.Couldnt give me a quote on replacement as they didnt know how long it would take.At 125.00 an hour, thats quite a risk.I have done many radiators on my personal cars and think I can handle our Pusher.I did purchase the radiator from him as it was an attractive price.Again, just hoping for some tips on removal and ideas that might make the removal easier.Questions like.. Can I pull from the back? Will I have to remove any exterior componants that would give me more access? Im planning on taking many photos before removal so as to hopefully make replacement easier.Always appreciate any advice. Thanks for responding.

Radiator replacement is not that time consuming, just a bit of a hassle. Since it is installed in the left rear of the coach, and stacked in with other coolers, it can be a bit aggravating when the hardware does not want to easily come loose. I'd suggest you place (substantial) blocks under your rear stabilizer jacks and use them to lift the rear of the coach up as high as possible. Take a close look and see if it's really worth doing it yourself, everything comes loose and drops down from their mounts from the inside of the coach body.
