Default Hooked up to Shore Power.......

Question; While Hooked up to Shore Power, is it necessay to turn OFF Chassis Disconnect Switch? Or by leaving it on, will the Batteries stay Charged from
the 50 Amp Shore Power Hook Up? Just checked and Batteries seem to be getting lower ( discharged )...................................

Thanks in Advance,
Bruce

If i'm parked for more than a week or two I disconnect the Chassis batteries. On my MH the shore power doesn't charge Chassis batteries.

There is a useful thread on this topic here:
viewtopic.php?f=1&t=2083
with a few suggestions on how to keep the chassis batteries topped off during extended periods of not running the engine. Hope this helps...
