Default Furniture

My 2009 Gulfstream Tourmaster Constellation has Captain chairs manafactured by Interscope Technologies which has gone out of business. There is a metal bracket with a nylon piece which
the motor screw runs through to raise the foot rest on the passenger side chair. One of the nylon pieces has broken. Anyone out there have any suggestions? It is not a standard thread or I
would have a machinest make me a couple from aluminum ones.

I'd check with a machinist anyway. A good one can make most anything.

If it is a lead screw as you describe (perhaps an Acme thread...) there may be lead screw 'followers' available to fit. Look at mechanical drive hardware makers for such pieces... As mentioned above -- most anything can be made by a good machinist. Do you have an intact example or at least all the pieces of the failed part?
