Wink Axle questions

We have have lost a complete wheel assembly. A complete new axle assembly lhas been ordered from Lippert along with self adjusting brakes. I understand that the new assembly is rated at axle 4000 lbs and breaks at 3500 lbs. Please explain, according to the gvwr for this trailer is 4080 lbs. Why is the running gear rated at 3500 lbs

I understand there was an upgrade to 4000 lb axles. But the break assembles are still rated at 3500 lbs. Please explane.

Note we had the trailer weighed at a Cat scale and was below the gvwr. I sure hope we do not have a repeat, just want no more problems. Please get back to me as soon as possible.

Thank you
