Shower goes to the gray. The only thing going to black is the toilet.

with some RVs, the sink may actually also drain into the black tank, but ultimately it doesn't really matter since you drain both tanks into the sewer at the same time. IF off-gridding and trying to 'save' room in one of your tanks, you'll find that typically the gray tank fills MUCH faster anyway, which is why a sink draining into the black tank is actually not a big deal.

We usually use dish pans in the sink to do dishes and then we dump it into the black for that exact reason because the gray tank gets used for so much and the black, not so much.

I have a 2019 innsbruk 266BH, I believe that is the model number. It has the exterior door to the bathroom, the bunks are on the driver side.

All the bathroom plumbing, shower, toilet and sink are to the black tank. The gray tank is only for the kitchen sink. I found this out the hard way when the shower started backing up and the gray tank was empty, but black tank is full. We just keep the black tank hooked to the septic hook up and keep additional deodorizer. It seems to keep the black tank clean by having the shower water and such fill it up.
