Default 1-year-old Diehard Battery not charging?

Our 2018 Gulfstream Kingsport 189-DD TT's 12V battery seems to be connected to the power tongue jack, but nothing else -- we need at the very least to be plugged into the truck via the brake controller for the lighting, pump, or awning to work. A week of all-day driving did not add to the charge, so I used an external charger which brought the battery up to full charge per the tester. However, the trailer panel shows no charge. I checked all the fuses both inside out for continuity already. What am I missing?
