Default Rear Slide - Alignment

I have recently noticed that my rear slide is rubbing what appears to be a stopper on one side. I was trying to figure out what caused this, but I haven't to date. The piston is a hydraulic and is operating a slide with a 2x2 tubing inside a channel. Doesn't appear that there is any adjustment that I can see. When the slide is all the way out there is no clearance issues, just when it is in and operating. Please advise on how I maybe able to adjust.

The picture shows what seems to be a guide for the slide. The rubbing is normal, that is what guides do. It also seems to have an adjustment nut in case you need to adjust it one way or the other. Just loosen the nut and turn the bolt either in to tighten or unscrew it to loosen if too tight.
