Default Entertainment system short?

We have a 2017 Gulfstream Vintage Cruiser which we really love. However, the entertainment system is turning itself off and resetting all of the presets. We think the problem may also be draining our battery when we boondock with it.
We can't figure out how to pull out the entertainment center from its cabinet to check for an electrical short. Has anyone else encountered this?

Thanks!

It's more likely that your battery is just going dead ... What all are you running off of it, and for how long before recharging? Just FYI, most modern electronics have some parasitic power consumption that allows them to watch for use of the remote control to turn on, or other things of that nature. Refrigerator, safety sensors (CO monitor, etc.) also draw power. They'll drain your battery even when turned off if given enough time.

I also own and love my 2017 Vintage Cruiser and have had to remove the unit to reattach a loose wire. On mine, the front panel simply snaps off to reveal four screws. You will be able to remove the unit easily. On mine I also had to remove a screw which prevented the DVR to be inserted.Have fun!
