2013 VISA CSK Bike Rack/Rear Bumper Build
Hi All, I've seen some folks looking for ideas for their rear bumper/receiver for bike or cargo racks. I picked up some steel this week and took care of things today at a buddy's shop.
I used 2x3" for the cross member and 2x5" for the bumper - all 3/16 tubing. It is very solid, I did add a little weight obviously but we went from a 1/2 ton truck to a Nissan Armada so I was faced with no where to put the bikes now that we're not taking the truck.
