Default White streaks on windshield

We have a 2003 BT Cruiser and we are having white streaks on the windshield. Looks like the fiberglass on the nose cone has lost it's coating or needs a good waxing.
Does anyone know of a fairly inexpensive way to re coat it? Or if waxing it will take care of these things.
Just purchased the unit last fall.

I have a 2004 Friendship doing the same thing. A friend (long time coach owner) suggested using "Mop and Glow" after washing the roof.
Its obviously not a long term solution but should work for a trip or two and the price is right. Going to try it before our next trip.

Did you use the mop & glow straight or mixed with some water?

Thank you for the advice. I tried some Meguiar's Spray on wash and wax in a small area. There was a noticeable difference from treated to un-treated side.

I use a de-oxidizer and then 303 aerospace vinyl protectants.

Once a year I use Maguire’s fiberglass refinisher. It took two days but It makes the gel-coat look like new. https://www.walmart.com/ip/Meguiar-s...m-Kit/29077962

Default white streaks from the oxidizing fiberglass roof

I had to use a floor polish sold at Lowes (Quick Shine) couldn't find Mop and Glow.

Put it on undiluted with a garden sprayer and rubbed it in with a Swiffer ---we'll see how it works --off to the Carolinas in a few days
