Smile A/C, microwave not working when using generator

We have a 2007 BT and the A/C, microwave, and outlets work when on shore power, but when unplugged and the generator is on, they will not work. We checked the panel of fuses and all are okay. We're new to this, so any help would be appreciated!

the Generator itself also has it's own breakers - they've tripped

Is your rig 30 or 50 amp? If it's 50 you may have a stuck relay in your transfer switch, the points arc if you unplug or turn off grenny under load, like with AC running

We checked it and it was not tripped. Thanks though.

I'd reset the breaker on the genset and try again. Also remember breakers can go bad - passing voltage but not current.

Probably a stupid question, but does it have a transfer switch? If not, did you plug the generator into the receptacle?

Default No AC with generator

Check your breaker on the generator. Flip it off and on to see if it’s bad. Take a voltage meter and check the AC out on the generator to make sure you have power with the breaker in the on position. If there still is no power, the breaker/fuse may need to be replaced. If there is power and other items do not work that are not 12vdc, then check your main breaker.
Hope this was helpful.
