Picking up our 2006 Gulf Stream Crescendo 8356 tomorrow. Super excited and nervous. Driving 6 hours to Orlando to get it. Found out the tires are ORIGINAL...Yikes. Trying to get a set put on today before I drive it home.

Has just 20K miles on it with the Cat 300.

We've talked about getting a class A for a long time and decided to pull the trigger now so that my in laws can go places with us. They are both in their early 80s and can't do car trips anymore.

I'm a big forum researcher so I was glad to find this site...Looking forward to learning a lot.

It's Home!

Everything is great, a couple things I need to figure out but were so glad to have it here. First time driving a class A and that first hour getting out of Orlando was WHITE KNUCKLE. By the end of the 6 hour drive I was kicked back and driving with one hand.

Congratulations. I picked up my 2004 Crescendo 8356 from Lazy Days in Tampa back in March 2018. It's got the CAT 300 on it too, but with 59K miles. I love my rig. Hope you love yours as much as I love mine. Congrats and happy RVinig.

Hello fellow 8356 owners, if you have the full body paint, I'm jealous.
Look at the bottom of your bedroom slide, on the outside bottom they use like a reinforced plastic, and the weight of the slide on the rollers tears it up, mine wasn't real bad, yet! But I saw one where the plastic was gone and the wood disintergrating. So I covered mine with sheet metal and put strips of stainless for the rollers to ride on.
Also didn't like the front tv location, but with the video cabinet .midship, it made a perfect location for a 42" LCD.
As for using it, were in Big Bend now
Enjoy yours as much as I do
Thanks
Mike
