Hello, I am assuming the slide is hydraulic, if so check the fuses first and if the fuses are okay. on most pumps at the rear of the pump or close should be a rest button! If the reset and fuses are all good next locate the power wires to the pump and apply power from the battery directly to the motor to make sure the pump is good, these are quick simple things that will let you know what else if anything needs to be tested further like relays and such!! Please let me know if this helped!

Hello again, okay if both systems run off one pump, you will have to by pass the slide switch to eliminate the switch as the culprit, or a switching solenoid down by the pump, I know this is a dumb question but does your rv have a safety? Mine has one under the drivers seat and is a class a, but my slides technically won't move unless the seat is in the far forward position, I'm just saying something like that will affect operation of the slide!
