Default Conquest 6320 water pump location

Having just gotten this RV, I have looked but can not find the water pump. I can hear it running but can't seem to find it. Any idea where it is?

Also, in previously owned RV's the pump would come on and run until it built up pressure in the lines then cut off.
Is that true on this model? Don't see any water leaks ay where and it just keeps on running. An ideas on how to fine the pressure leak if it is supposed to stop running?

Thanks in advance!!

Walk around and loo for leaks? Maybe sucking air on tank side if fitting loose from winterizing? In my floorplan, tank, pump and WH bypass VALVE is in outside compartment, under kitchen. Go around outside and open all outside compartments?

Well maybe I’m to late to reply on your model 6320 but anyway under the bed at the foot of it is the water pump. There is two sheets of plywood under the mattress. Unscrew the one at the foot of the bed and it’s sitting in the corner. Most likely a flo jet water pump. Now let’s double check a couple things before you presume you’ve a leak. 1. If you’ve searched for water and there is none then here’s number 2. If you’re hooked up to city water and you’ve the pump switch on at the control board then it’s gonna run constantly. Shut it off. When hooked up to city water you do not need that pump on. Only when your drawing off your fresh water tank which is located under the bed as well. Running on city water gives you all the pressure you need.

Seadog, thanks for your reply. I am not sure why I would presume to have a leak when there is water coming out from under the bed at the foot. It is strange that the pump would be there as that is part of the bed and the entire bed moves out in a slide. Not saying that it is not as I would bow to your knowledge but just seems not logical to put piping for water on a moving platform.
I understand that I do not need the pump on with city water connected. I have received other responses that state that there is a check valve within the pump that could be clogged and thus preventing the pressure from building and therefore allowing the pump to cut off after said pressure has built up.
With the info coming in, I am leaning toward the pump check valve being clogged with calcium build up. Both the bathroom sink and shower head were completely clogged and I used Lime-a-way and they work fine now.
Would that check valve clogged cause a water leak? I can see where if clogged, it would allow the fresh water tank to fill up when connected to city water. It for sure is doing that. I can take the cap off the manual fill port and water will gush out. With the cap on, it just leaks water constantly until I turn off the city water then after a bit, it stops.
Taking it in Wednesday and letting someone check it out. Probably end up with a new pump or new filter/check valve.
Again, thanks for your input. That s what makes these web sites so great!!

Was curious what the verdict was on the water pump situation, they figure it out?

Hi, it turns out that the check valve in the pump was bad. Not sure but based on the condition of the bath room faucet and shower head being clogged with calcium, I’m assuming that the pump valve was also clogged. I could have fixed it but had no idea where pump was plus pump fittings was also leaking.
For $498 it was fixed. $149 pump and rest was labor. Feel a little screwed over but it is at least fixed. Won’t be using them again I don’t think.
