Smile Slide out pantry baskets

Our 1999 Gulfstream Classic Conquest, hereafter to be referred to as "Willy", is equipped with a Knape & Vogt slide out pantry, with standard 4" side loading wire bins. KV makes other bin widths, but none in the 5 1/2" width, that would just barely pass through the pantry opening.
So I am in the process of modifying a couple of 10" bins I just purchased down to the proper size.
You wouldn't think 1 1/2 " would make much of a difference, but it does.
Anyway using a dremel cutoff wheel to lop off what I don't need, and a couple of boards to hold the bin in my vise while I bent/hammered the new front panel over, its not turning out so bad, thus far. My elegant solution for holding the new front end of the bin to the sides, will be a zip tie (probably not even needed).
A little almond spray enamel and I think my wife will be happy.
