Default Vintage 23RSS Spare Wheel

Spare comes stowed under bed. Any problems possible if its moved to rear bumper?

Yes if it didn't come with one on the bumper then don't pit one on it. By doing so you run the risk of voiding your frame warranty. Most camper bumpers are not designed to carry the weight of added accessories. Rule of thumb is if it dditn come that way from the factory, then don't add it.

The bumpers on these are flimsy. I don't know about all travel trailer bumpers I know some are probably strong enough but I would have to agree with Ed Odell I sure would not do it on one of these.

MOST all trailer bumpers are NOT rated to attach accessories, and will tear, twist, break loose; alternate is find a frame-mounted hitch RECEIVER, which worsens DRAG risk. e.g lengthens distance behind rear axle. Also increases tire theft risk? and Rear wall not strong enough for mounts without damage risk from weight?
