Default 2019 19 ERD Furnace not Igniting

Our 2019 19ERD Furnace does not ignite. This is our first time trying it out as we just purchased the unit in June. Reading where it is probably the sail switch. How easy/hard is it to slide this furnace out. The motor is on the far side so that is the only option to access this switch. Anyone done this or have ya'll just let a dealer take care of this?

Does the fan run, but won't ignite, or is nothing working???

I have a 2019 19ERD Vista Cruiser and had the same problem. The sail switch is accessible from the outside furnace cover. The switch is in a holder and the holder is easier to remove than the sail switch itself. I pulled it out, flipped it back and forth several times, checked resistance with a multimeter to verify off and on and put it back. It works now. Some threads I read online talked about the switch being dirty, so maybe that was the problem. We took a trip a few weeks ago and the furnace worked flawlessly. Hope this helps.

I had the same issue with my 21 199RK. Furnace worked until it didn't. Pulled sail switch, no issues and reinstalled. I even went so far as to visit my tech guy at my dealer and he took sail switch out and cupped it a little more to catch more air. Again, it worked until it didn't. No rhyme or reason to it. I then received a message from my guy and he said in talking with Gulf Stream that it is the wrong switch. He asked if I would mind replacing the old with the new and I said no. They sent me the switch, and I installed it and have had no problems for an entire year. Look into this with your parts/repair guy at the dealership
