Default Vista Cruiser Mini ladder

Anyone had a rear ladder installed
Is this a big job to do and a worthwhile unit to have on an RV

Most of the RVs I see do have a rear ladder, maybe its only to hold chairs while travelling but I would like to know

Thanks

I have a factory-installed rear ladder on my MH. I use it regularly to get on the roof to:
  • Clean & inspect the roof
Complete awning stowage (it's slightly misaligned and doesn't always seat properly)
Inspect/repair seals around vents, antennas, etc.
Check antenna connections (had a bad connection once)
    Clean my slideout awning
