08 Tourmaster: all taillights out

All my taillights are out. Brake lights still work with brake pedal pressed. What should I check? How to remove round rear taillights to check wiring and bulb? Do I simply pull it out, or do I have to access from behind where it is all styrofoamed up? Where is the front end of the taillight wire? Where/what would you check?
