Good service

I must say, that after finding the right person to call, I have received very polite customer service. When the repair shop told me that a part was going to take a few weeks because GS sent the wrong part, I called GS and explained that we would be leaving in a few days for a ralley. They sent the part by FedEx overnight. I checked at the repair shop and sure enough they received the part and it was done that day. Off we went to the Ralley.
I am quite happy with GS Customer Service. I know that some have not been as lucky. I think though that things have changed at GS. Because the more I read, the more positive reactions I see for GS customer service. Now if they will only give out the schematics of electrical and plumbing, it would be nice.
