Question HWH Leveling jacks will not retract

2003 BT. First, jacks would not work at all. That was a blown fuse. Fixed. Now all jacks extend but front will not retract. Ideas?

No the fuse is okay. The rear jacks work as they should-up and down. The fronts try to retract but do not. They have to be pried up. From the HWH manual it looks like a solonoid. Not easy to get to.
