You did not say, but I assume you are plugged into shore power? The hot wire from your shore power plug goes to the circuit breaker labeled main. (30A, will be one, 50A you'll have two). Through that breaker the rest of the breaker bar gets power. What have you checked on the "breaker box" and by what method?

Check your Automatic Transfer Switch (ATS). Shore power comes into it, then to your breaker panel. Mt ATS is located on the back of the converter. It's just a box with an ATS label on it. If you open it up you will find lugs which you can test to see if you have power past the ATS. There shoud be a wiring diagram on the inside of the ATS box.

I had power problems and eventually traced it back to a failed neutral in the ATS.I had to replace the ATS and since then no problem.

Mine is under the bed and takes a bit to get at but it is doable. If you don't know anything about AC power, get someone who does to check the ATS for you. Stay safe.
