Bluetooth issues

2021 19ERD. Connected Bluetooth just fine. One hour later she announced “disconnected” and I’ve no luck reconnecting. Anyone have a solution? Thank you!

Phone to the radio, I assume? and what radio? The crappy Drive system?

Yes. The Drive. Someone on the FB group helped me out. All I needed to do was insert something in the reset button. It’s not great, but it worked! Thanks!

For anyone else who ends up here looking for help to problems with the BT-100 stereo, the message above helped me out.

In my case, the stereo appeared to be working but there was no sound. I could change the station, connect via Bluetooth, adjust volume, etc. but no sound would come out. I initially thought I had a wiring problem, but then I found the setting to beep for every action. After turning that on I could clearly hear the beeps coming through the speakers, so no wiring problems.

Hitting the little reset button with a paperclip solved everything and it's working normally again now.
