Default Drilling 2" hole in floor

I am relocating a DirtDevil vacuum canister from under my sink to a bay directly below that cabinet due to space and noise. I have been in that floor inside the cabinet already installing replacement heater ducting so I know whats in the cabinet already and how much room there is. There is also a 1.5" drop duct thru a hole from a tee in my heater ducting to push warm air into the basement bay. (2 actually in 2 diff bays) What I would like to do is drill a 2nd 2" hole near that heater ducting in order to plumb my vacuum line thru it but I have have no idea if there might be any wiring in the floor. I can't imagine it would be but.... Does anyone know if GS put any wiring between the floor layers from the ceiling of a basement bay to the top floor under a cabinet?
