We have not used our motor home since Jan 7, 2020. So we have been staying home until this pandemic rules and regulations by states come off. You can not even eat at a restaurant where you can seat down and enjoy and the resorts where we usually stay are closed up until the governors give the green light. Good thing we have a beautiful stick house that we fully enjoy. But I will admit, I can hardly wait to hit the road again.

We are stuck in Northeast Ohio, nothing open now but hopefully waiting. Last year we took a nine week trip through Dixieland! Spent three weeks in Florida, stayed at Fort Wilderness in Disney world, traveled visiting old friends who now live there in varies areas. We headed to New Orleans for the fourth of July then Headed home with three or four day lay overs in Georgia, Alabama, Nashville Tennessee with our final three days at a Blue Grass Festival in Kentucky! Glad we made the trip as not sure what to expect this season!

Yes I am. My residence is in Barstow, Ca. Retired from the BNSF there after 42 years. Biggest Hump yard for the railroad in the west coast there. I was a mechanical supervisor and before that as a lead inspector.

Congrats on being retired, we maid a day trip to Joshua tree this year during the big show @ Quartzite. But question for you, if you have any knowledge of?
I was planning to go to CA National parks, sequia, kings Canyon, Yellowstone, redwood, I thought maybe, that when they open would be a good time to get in as most people would be getting back to work, but I can't find anything on projected openings? Besides, they say when the Smilies opened up they were instantly over crowded!
Anything you got Ray?

Neither the federal government or the state has given any date as to when they are going to ease up on their restrictions. The pandemic is still going strong with no end in sight. Scary times ahead. I have not used my coach since January7 when we got back from the Christmas holidays. We were on the road all the time, but not now since all the private resorts we belong to are closed.

I got out this weekend, experienced rain, sleet, small hail and even sun! I need to reconfigure how I mount everything on the rack I built for the camper. Overall it was a good trip, quiet and relaxing. Here’s a few pics...
