Default 2021 Class C Conquest 6245 bad slide out

It's in the shop getting the schwintek system replaced, but they are having trouble with the slide out itself. How exactly is this huge slide out supported? Is it a set of rails? Rollers? I can't find any information about the structure of the slide out.

The slide sits on rollers (underneath). The rollers support the weight. The Schwintek slide mechanism does not (is not suppose to at least) support the weight of the slide. The in-wall system has motors at each side with horizonal rails driven by gears on a vertical torque tube. See: https://support.lci1.com/in-wall-slide-out for more information.

We also have a model 6245, and have been unsuccessful at finding the slide motors. I've searched and searched on the unit and can't any hint of where they might be! Any info will be most appreciated
