Default slideout problem

I have a 2010 29ft 5th wheel canyon trail that as a living room slide,it seems to go out fine but not even all the way, stays of about an inch on the top on one side. But even worst than that when I try to bring it in, it moves alittle then stops and will not lift up to come in.Seems like it dosnt have enough power.
