Hi Bill,

My 2005 5211 Chevy came with a hitch installed, so if yours did not, then I would guess it is going to be a custom job. What are you planning on towing? Be aware that there are very limited capacities with this application. A sheet posted inside of my coach classifies the hitch as a Class II, with a 250lb. tongue weight limit and a 2,500lb. towing limit. This is likely because there is already a frame extension for the coach body. Having a hitch waaay back there past the rear axle acts like a lever and give upward lift to the front wheels with more and more weight back there. It can be done, just be aware of the limitations.

Go to etrailer.com and input your vehicle info. Most likley need a brake controller and 7 way electrical plug.

We are a Curt distributor at the dealership I work. I suggest you go to "www.curtmfg.com" and enter your chassis information in the "RV flat towing" section. Am gonna guess you need a Curt #14090. But best you verify this. Most RV dealerships are equipped to help you out BTW. And I liked the advise "Leisure Time Larry" had about capacity.
