Apple Car Play enabled replacement

I have a 2006 GS Crescendo and I want to replace the current radio (Jensen JRV210) with something newer that supports Apple CarPlay. There are several double din stereo's out there, but not sure about the connections/compatibility in an RV Dash. Any suggestions / recommendations would be very welcomed.
