2017 Conquest clock loses time
Our 2017 Conquest Class C clock on the dashboard radio loses about 3 minutes per DAY! We have tried to get it fixed under warranty, but that does absolutely no good. One dealer claimed to have replaced it, but they never even opened a ticket or warranty work! They did NOTHING!
Another dealer claims that they can't get the radio to replace it with!
Is there a chance that there is a setting in the clock to fix this? Or is it really just a bad batch of radios like the first dealer told us? At this point, I would not believe the first dealer if he said the sun was shining at noon!
Are there used parts dealers around where I might get one that actually works? I will void their worthless warranty!

There’s probably nothing special about your dashboard radio unless you insist on an exact match. You could find used on EBay. New on Amazon. Also, Crutchfield.com has a lot.
It would be easiest to try to match the opening size in the dash. Crutchfield has the resources online to help understand that plus connection kits, if needed.

Ouch!! Nothing on eBay, but on Crutchfield.com I can get one for $250!
So...I will put up with a slow clock. I might get a little cheap stick-on clock for a couple of bucks. I have one in my pickup and it has worked and kept time for over a year now!

No expert, but suspicion that should goto (Ford/Chevy/MB?) dealer/ Truck shop as a chassis Item? Another suspicion is that (proper person) can ADJUST w/ a LAPTOP COMPUTER? IF clock internal to the RADIO, I am all wrong

Good points. I hadn't thought of that. Thanks!

I like your idea of the stick on clock. You probably have bigger warranty issues to chase.

We found out yesterday that the radio in our 2017 has been discontinued! It's only 3 years old! But the dealer is going to try to get the newer model of radio to replace it.
The biggest problem now is that we have to call them all the time to get updates! They can't seem to be bothered to call us!
