GCWR-99 Sun Voyager

Have a quick questions for those SVB 99 Diesel pushers. My SVB has a GVWR of 23K lbs (8K in front and 15K in rear). Since I don't have all the specific manuals, I figure I'd ask here.

I have a 5K lbs hitch and want to tow a 4,300 lbs mini-van (on a tow dolly). Its my understanding that the Gross Combined Weight Rating is the max weight the SVB will take without damaging something such as the transmition.
What is the GCWR of the Sun Voyager 1999 Diesel?
Are there any "gouges" of weight limits I should be aware of.
