Default Propane Sensor

Just purchased an 08 Gladiator and the propane sensor kept going off. It has been changed but it is doing it again. Has anyone had this problem?

First welcome to the forum! Now for the problem, A low battery will cause this! Also believe it or not a pet passing gas will also set it off!
A open window while driving with exhaust fumes from yours or another camper, A generator exhaust can also do it.
But I suspect a bad connection or a low battery.

Hope this helps you some

Earl

Default Propane Sensor

Thanks for the help. If it is a case that a low battery is the cause, then something is draining the battery since it was dead when we finally heard the sensor beeping again this morning.. It is parked at our house and just sitting until our first trip-leaving this Saturday the 12th. We have left a window open and it still is going off. Called the dealer today and we will sit there tomorrow until they find the cause. We can't wait to get on the road and this is just a bump in the road

Default Propane Sensor

It was an electrical problem. We did not realize that if we didn't use the kill switch when not hooked up, it would drain the batteries. Thank you for your input. Problem Solved!

Default propane alarm

New at this site and already something familiar I hate to say. My alarm was going off pulled it out found it was full of water, from a plumbing leak in the shower valves directly above. Gulfstream designed in an access which allowed me to repair the leak. I still have to replace the alarm though, shorted out internally. Hope your root problem is different but this is what I found good luck.
