Water pressure

Newbie question here. Any tips a what the best setting on the regulator is for water pressure?

40 lbs... Most of the non-adjustable ones are set to 35 - 40 PSI

I appreciate your feedback. I realized after I posted the request I just looked at my water pump and saw that it’s pressure was 45 so I figured as long as I stay below that I should be OK. Looks like my guess was correct thank you again for your help.
