Default Joe & Shirley

Hello all
We just bought a used 2017 vintage cruiser. The battery is not being charged. The awning and hitch lift only operate off the battery. Any ideas what to check? The converter is putting out 13.5 volts

Thanks

You should be under warrantee
Bring it back for repair if you are

We have the 17 and have had issues with the electrical. Usually a loose wire

I found the problem. There are some overloads with reset buttons under the trailer in the front where the battery tied in. They were tripped. After I reset them everything has worked great
