I have the 5291B with the 'atrium' which sold it for me. I think the 5290 is more practical as it has a pantry that the 5291B doesn't have.
Internally the finish on mine looks good but doesn't stand close inspection. The kitchen sink had to be taken out to get to the converter. One strip of crown molding fell off during our first trip (don't know how it survived the last 7 years) and a few trim pieces have fallen off/are missing as well. Nothing un-fixable.
Get up on the roof and make sure that has been maintained.
Check the tow bar is 5000lbs, mine is 3500lb.
Mine handles very well. if your drive is inclined it might bottom out especially if your water tanks are loaded (I just come in diagonally).
If it's a north based coach, check the exterior storage inside and out for rust.
There's a good example on rvtrader at the moment which looks very nice.
