Customer Service Issues
We too are having numerous issues with our 2006 G7. The most significant was a problem with the seals on 2 of the slide-outs that resulted in the floors rotting out. It has been sitting at the dealer awaiting repair since March 17th. Neither we nor the dealer can get much information from GS. Numerous calls from us and the dealer have gone unanwered as well as several e-mails from the dealer. A appeal had to be made all the way to a VP at GS to get approval for the repairs. From what we have read on this forum this appears to be par for the course at GS. We have been very disappointed with the customer service and comittment to quality at GS.
Our dealer, Longview RV in Tampa has been wonderful throughout this process. Too bad GS doesn't have the same standards as their dealers.
