If you go to the link I provided below of the Tourmaster website, it list all the standard features and it shows under options that the aluminum wheels are an option.
As far as for ease of care, stay with the steel wheels w/stainless wheeliners, believe me. Since I like to keep everything clean and shining, it takes me 6 hours to completely polish the aluminum wheels.

Thank goodness I only do complete clean/shine on them about 3 times a year, rest of the time just wash and dry. SS were much easier on the last coach.
