Hi. I regret to say that there are not any manuals that list the functions of the dash or L side electronics. I bought my 8407YSB new in 2001 and have tried numerous times to get the specifics on what the dash warning symbol pictures mean to no avail. Cummins refers you to Spartan, Spartan sent me to GS. If you can take a picture of your draivers area I can walk you through what I have found out from experience.
