Engine Battery

I have a 2004 BT cruiser, Ford engine. I have been having battery issues for awhile. I would take battery out every time it wasn’t in use. I used the battery for my truck too. I decided to buy a new battery for the RV. It was dead the next day. Any suggestions as to why? Thank you, nanamom

Have you tested the alternator? It should be showing 14+ volts running. Check at the B post on the alternator AND at the battery.
