Question Two months and still no parts

Howdy folks,

Does it normally take several months to get a part from GS? My dealer told me that they've been "communicating via email" with GS to get a new lower body panel for my '21 Ameri-Lite TT since they approved the warranty repair in late January. Now maybe it takes longer when the part is large, but two months still seems rather a long time. I've noticed many posts here that are basically venting frustrations about service, so I'm guessing I'll need to urge the dealer to try harder.

Here is a link to my post about the part that needs replacing:

Default Slow parts

My experience has been the same. It usually takes 3 to 6 months to get OEM parts from Gulfstream. I had to contact the dealer multiple times to eventually get Gulfstream to actually process the order.

Be patient.
