Fiberglass Roof Sealants for BT Cruiser 5230

I want to do preventative maintenance on the fiberglass roof where it overlaps into the guttering area. The sealant is clear, however do not know what brand or type I should be using. I know to use the Dicor around any openings on the roof itself. Thanks for the assist in advance.
