Need some help my power cord was not working the 12v motor is getting power through the switch but will not engage it is not in a bind or hung up you can turn it by hand but motor does nothing any advice were a person could by a replacement 12v motor for it would be greatly appreciated Thanks in advance and Keep Calm And RV On
I ended up ordering a new motor and small gear box from Rex Engineering fit like a glove and the cord reel works great was $120.00 a lot cheaper than a whole new unit
