Does anyone know where to find the replacement seals for the leveler piston. My right front is leaking causing the foot to drop about an inch and it sets the alarm off for the gear down.

This is not an easy issue. If you have a hydraulic repair shop, old school type preferred, you might have a chance. Pull the cylinder, give it to them to fix. They can size things up with stuff they have.
You can try it yourself, if you figure nothing to lose, and you'll buy a new cylinder if necessary. Go to LCI1.com and look at "support," "documentation" . . . You (hopefully) will find .pdf type service manuals you can download with specs listed. Not all inclusive, but you might get lucky. If/when you pull the cylinder apart, the seal might have numbers stamped in the ring, and again, you might get lucky. BTW, a double acting cylinder does not usually drop with one leaking seal, might be a manifold valve problem (plus a leak). OK, time for another cup of coffee . . . Maybe this helps.

Here's what you do.

you have two options here. remove the leveler and take it to a hydraulic shop and have it rebuilt. or put the RV up on ramps where you are high enough that the rod will come completely out of the cylinder. watch YouTube videos on rebuilding cylinders. if it is Bigfoot levelers you can order the seals and packing kits direct from them. but your local hydraulic shop will have all those parts. easiest and safest way is to remove cylinder and have a hydraulic repair shop fix it. Best of luck

NEED Brand/Model of HYDRAULIC SYSTEM? Sometimes, you can identify model after identifying brand and scouring parts manuals for matches.

I have an '04 G7 also. Is it "EQ Systems" ? You can find their web site and put in a help request. I have a similar issue with "bypassing" cylinders. They cannot be rebuilt but are still available to purchase. THis is what their support told me:

Sounds like we have some possibly bypassing cylinders.

All retract the system
Remove top hose and fitting from suspected jack
Hit all retract again

While going through the second all retract sequence, if there is any fluid coming out of the top port, that jack is bypassing.

My 02 Friendship has the Dewald system. Hydraulic seals are pretty generic, get your leaking cylinder to a good old school hydraulics shop. They are kinda heavy but quite shippable. Don't let the crooks sell you a pricey pump/motor assembly which I've seen sold @ 1500 bucks It's the same pump as used on Mercury outboard tilt trim systems and under 100 bucks on EBay, mine has been working great for years as it is the identical component.
