05 Gulf Stream Endura Kwikee Step Wire location

I bought a 2005 Gulf Stream Endura and the previous owner had the step module stop working. Instead of buying a new module he rigged it up with a second manual switch. That made it work but you had to always put the steps in and out manually....and NOT forget when you start to drive off. I hate that. I just put in a new module and found where all the wires go but 1. I need to know where to get Power after the disconnect switch for the RED Wire in the module. Since they changed all the wires for the switch and used some of the old wiring, I can't go by color nor location. I have a separate red wired that he clearly re-used but I can't see where it originally went to supply power.
I found two white wires wire nutted to two black wires. One clearly goes to the step lockout switch. I assumed the other set goes to the same lock out switch but I am not certain. Either way both of them have the factory wire nuts and no red wires. Any insight of where I get get solid power that is AFTER the Disconnect Switch? I follow the out red wire from the Disconnect Switch and it goes to the fuse box. I see there is a fuse for the Steps with a 25a Fuse. The wire that comes out of that fuse is GREEN and runs along the chassis with other power wires. It then has a change in color. It looks like a factory connector. The wire turns white and goes to the lockout switch area. The other white/black wire goes down and near the steps. I used it for the other end of the lock out switch. I just need to find power.

I do have all the info on the Kwikee end of things. I just can't figure out where the power came from on the gulf stream side of things.

I have a friend (Don Grvder) from Tennessee, who’s a Gulfstream Endura guru.

Don says the following;

I believe he, (thats you) has found the deep dark secret that we have known for some time, that gulfstream does not wire anything using any common
sense. Talking with Lippert, they stated each coach builder is supplied with a pig tail with a 4 wire connector in order to wire in the steps but most builders don't follow the directions. The first thing this guy needs to do is just forget tracing the wires and the colors as they will be hidden in a wiring loom covered with spray insulation proving to be almost impossible to find. According to the Lippert diagram, there are 4 wires going into this connector. The red wire is the main power wire and it obtains 12 volt power from any available source. Run a new red wire that will provide power all the time. Wire in a 20 amp in line fuse. Somewhere between the fuse and the 4 way connection, a white wire splices into the red wire with its own 5 amp fuse. After the fuse, it travels to the over ride switch then to the white wire in the 4 prong plug. The 3rd wire in the connection is a yellow wire that obtains power from the fuse block with a 6 amp fuse that provides power when the ignition is on. The 4th wire is a brown wire that feeds they the magnetic door switch and ground. I never found any wire nuts on any wires from gulfstream and he should not presume they were installed by gulfstream.
I believe there is a Kwikee step owners manual that will guide him how the steps are wired and how to test them. Also, Lippert has a great team that can answer any questions at 432-547-7378.
Haven't had a chance to check mine for locked rotor. Maybe if I can get away from the bathroom I can test it. If that does not recalibrate the control, just have to replace it. I just replaced this one about a year ago.
