I have a 2006 Gulfstream Friendship that needs new tires. It currently has a combination of 275 80 22.5 and 295 75 22.5 I have found a great deal on a full set of 11 R 22.5 I have been reading several forums and it seems like most that run this size like them. Anyone on here running 11 R 22.5 that can post up an opinion.

I have 11R22.5. This is stuff I plagiarized from other forums to kick off the conversation. I can personally account for minimal clearance with the 11R22.5, but sufficient when bus is aired all the way up.

- the 11R 22.5 (standup) is about 2 or 3 inches taller than the 295/75R22.5 (low pro) both will work on your rims but you would want to run the same sizes front and back for the suspension to work proper and if you need to rotate

- Handling wise, you might be a bit better off with a standard 22.5 (11r). A little more sidewall to absorb the bumps. Best thing to watch for with otr tires is ply rating, don't get a 16 ply tire, they will be extremely stiff, and you dont need em

Buckeye...We have a 2002 Friendship. The original equipment tires were Michelin 255/80R/22.5. We've been using Toyo 265/75R/22.5 and find that they are good handling and rugged, (been on some terrible roads in US and Canada); and they are less expensive than either Michelin or Goodyear. Not one failure...yet.

I agree with stargazer66 that Toyo tires 265/75R/22.5 will be the best fit for your coach. I use them on my Scenic Cruiser and they are very good tires, smooth riding. Best tire you can buy for the money. They are rated 16 ply, but my coach rides really smooth and I do not have to worry about a blow out with less plies.

This a old post but curious if anyone is running 11-22.5 on a 08 tourmaster the back looks like it would be fine but the front looks like it might rub just curious Thanks in Advance Keep Calm And RV on!

I’m running 11R22.5 on all four on my 2000 Tour Master and it does look close.
But I make sure I’m all the aired up and I haven’t had any problems
