I'm towing with a Honda Ridgeline. The trailer nose angles down about 2-3 inches when towing. The sewer fitting is only about 3 inches about the ground. I thought about flipping the axles but I think if I did that the tongue would be too high for the hitch ball but would solve the ground clearance issue. Right now I want to install an Anderson WDH to try and level it out. All the weights are within specs. Any thoughts?

Whichever WDH you will use, your trailer should always be at level (horizontal). Take a look at the installation procedure before you decide which one you are going to buy. I choose the Husky Centerline for my set-up (Jeep Cherokee Trailhawk and Vista 19 ERD)

Consider an adjustable height ball assemble that is used with a receiver hitch? It can be flipped to raise or lower ball height.
