1996 GS Sun Voyager Service Manual

Does anyone have a lead on buying a 9used of course) service/repair manual or at least an owner's manual for a 1996 GS Sun Voyager diesel pusher. What GS has available online is close to useless. Thanks in advance for any help. Just bought with low miles and couldn't be happier.

The generic manual from GS is the only one they publish. However, you should collect all the manuals and other sub-system manufacturer's information for the major appliances and items like the slide-outs (hydraulic and/or electric), levers, refrigerator, space heater, water heater, generator, inverter, power steps, entertainment system, etc.

I had a small file cabinet of all these items for my Tour Master. You can also find lots of information on-line by searching by the appliance manufacturer's model number. Consider it a treasure hunt, as this information will be very valuable to you in the future...

Thank you Chuck. That's a good strategy. Coach small system wiring is a major issue - I have a few unlabelled toggles on the dash which don't apprea to activate anything. Looks like long lead continuity testing may be the only solution. Thanks again.

Do these toggle or rocker switches have any icons in them? Can you post a picture?

In the 1996 model year, the Sun Voyager came as a diesel version on a Spartan chassis, and gas versions on either a GM or Ford chassis -- which do you have?

Does your dash look like this? Maybe a close up picture of your actual switch cluster will help...

Chuck; thanks much again. Mine is a DP. That dash looks very similar if not the same. I'm away from it for a couple days but will get back to you after I inspect. I also just received a manual from Spartan covering my chassis. All this helps in my goal to understand and service all parts of my home on wheels. Thanks again.
