My husband and I have purchased a Gulf Stream sun voyager 2002 a few years ago and at the end of last year camp season we have struggled with our engine not wanting to start after it’s not been plugged in. So if we stop for gas and turn it off it does not want to start, pull it out of our garage to clean it and then try to start it after a few hours it won’t start. Any ideas of what may be wrong with it. We just replaced all three new batteries.

Does it just turn over and not start, or does it seem to start briefly and then shut down? There's a fuel solenoid that is engaged upon start for fuel flow. There are two coils in this solenoid, one to pull the plunger to allow start, and another to keep it engaged once started. I've had cases where one of the coils failed, and it was intermittent. Maybe due to heat. you may want to ensure that the solenoid, usually on top of the engine, is engaging and then staying engaged. Thanks.
