2004 scenic cruiser 8408 dash ac compressor replaced

After replcing ac compressor, drier, flushing system and pulling a vacuum (no leaks) tried locating compressor relay to force compressor clutch to engage 3 of the fuse/relay aren't labeled...any suggestions on finding said relay??

Likely compressor held off by the LOW PRESSURE Safety SWITCH, AND ONCE YOU add freon, it will start kicking on?
