2005 Cresendo 8356 questions

I am looking at a used 2005 Cresendo with the 350hp Cat engine. I would like to know what the typical MPG, what problems you've had, dislikes and likes, etc.

Also, can the hitch be upgraded from the current 6000# to a 10,000# without frame modifications? I will be towing about 10,000# in a 28' enclosed trailer.
